TEKA INDUSTRIAL, S.A.U. (“Teka Group”) has announced the appointment of Toshiba Consumer Products Vietnam Co., Ltd. to manage, operate, and commercially develop the Teka brand in the Vietnamese market.
Under the authorization agreement, effective November 2025, Toshiba Consumer Products Vietnam Co., Ltd. (“TVCP”) is authorized to distribute Teka-branded products, carry out marketing and communications activities, implement warranty and after-sales policies, and use relevant Teka Group brand assets for commercial purposes in Vietnam. TVCP is also responsible for fully complying with the brand governance, product quality, and service standards established by Teka Group.
