To celebrate the special month of Toshiba Brand Day, Toshiba Lifestyle Vietnam has officially launched the “SHOP FREELY, WIN BIG” promotion, giving customers the chance to enter a lucky draw with total prizes worth more than VND 2 billion, including a car, a JAPANDi refrigerator, a heat pump dryer, a water purifier with ice maker, and a digital rice cooker.
Customers simply need to purchase an eligible Toshiba product during the promotional period and register to participate according to the instructions for a chance to win valuable prizes.
1. PROGRAM INFORMATION
- Promotion name: SHOP FREELY, WIN BIG
- Promotion period: From 7:00 AM on August 31, 2026 to 10:00 PM on October 31, 2026
- Scope: Nationwide
- Eligibility: Legal consumers aged 16 or above who are residing in Vietnam and meet all program requirements.
- Promotion format: Purchase eligible Toshiba products and participate in the lucky draw.
- Eligible promotional products: Genuine Toshiba home appliances/electronics distributed and warranted by Toshiba Consumer Products Vietnam Co., Ltd.
2. PRIZE STRUCTURE
Customers who purchase products included in the promotional list can enter the lucky draw for a chance to win prizes with a total value of more than VND 2 billion, including:
- 01 Grand Prize: Toyota Innova Cross 2.0G, valued at VND 730,000,000.
- 10 First Prizes: Toshiba JAPANDi 533L premium built-in refrigerator, valued at VND 54,990,000 each.
- 20 Second Prizes: Toshiba JAPANDi T37 heat pump dryer, valued at VND 26,990,000 each.
- 30 Third Prizes: Toshiba RO water purifier, valued at VND 14,990,000 each.
- 40 Consolation Prizes: Toshiba Umami digital rice cooker, valued at VND 2,790,000 each.
Special note: Each valid product Serial Number is eligible for a corresponding number of lucky-draw entries based on the promotional product list. For products that are not assigned a specific number of entries, each valid Serial Number is counted as one entry. Customers may accumulate multiple entries throughout the promotional period.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Step 1: Purchase an Eligible Toshiba Product
Customers purchase an eligible Toshiba product from participating stores, electronics retailers, authorized distribution websites, or Toshiba stores on participating e-commerce platforms.
After completing the purchase and receiving the required purchase documentation, customers can register to participate in the promotion.
Step 2: Access the Program on the Zalo Mini App
Customers can access the “SHOP FREELY, WIN BIG” mini app on Zalo by:
- Scanning the program’s QR code; or
- Visiting the program link provided by Toshiba.
Step 3: Allow Information Sharing
Allow the application to access your name, Zalo profile picture, and phone number linked to your Zalo account to continue with registration.
Step 4: Enter Product Information
Enter/select the required information, including:
- Store
- Store name
- Province/City
- Model name
- Product Serial Number
- Referral code (if applicable)
Customers must then agree to the program’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Step 5: Upload Purchase Documents
Take photos of or upload:
- Purchase invoice/document
- Product image
- Product Serial Number image
Once all information has been provided, submit it for system verification.
Step 6: Wait for Confirmation
The system will record the information within a maximum of 60 seconds and send the verification result via Zalo within 24 working hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Step 7: Enter the Lucky Draw
Once the purchase information has been successfully verified, customers will receive a notification from the Toshiba Lifestyle VN Zalo Official Account. They can then access:
“My Prizes” → “Lucky Wheel” → “Spin Now”
to use their eligible lucky-draw entry.
Step 8: Receive the Result
The system will randomly determine the prize and display the result within a maximum of 5 minutes after the customer taps “SPIN NOW.”
4. PARTICIPATION & LUCKY-DRAW DEADLINES
- August 31–October 31, 2026: Eligible purchase period.
- 10:00 PM on November 7, 2026: Deadline to enter/scan the Serial Number and upload purchase documents.
- 12:00 PM on November 11, 2026: Deadline to enter the lucky draw via the application.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE FULFILLMENT
- After the lucky draw is completed, the result will be displayed directly in the application within a maximum of 5 minutes.
- Winners will also receive a notification from the Toshiba Lifestyle VN Zalo Official Account within a maximum of 2 minutes after the system determines the result.
- Prize-giving will take place within 45 days from the end of the promotional period, with the specific time and location determined according to the applicable prize.
6. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Each valid Serial Number is entitled to the number of lucky-draw entries specified under the program rules.
- Customers should retain their purchase invoices/documents for verification when necessary.
- Purchase documents must remain intact and must not be erased, altered, patched, or otherwise modified.
- Products/Serial Numbers that have already been registered for the promotion cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases involving manufacturer defects.
- Toshiba reserves the right to cancel a winning result and/or reclaim a prize if fraudulent activity is detected in accordance with the program rules.
